LimeRoad - Head - Retention Marketing (8-15 yrs)
Your mission is to drive repeat visits and repeat buying - we know our buyers love us when they buy over 4x a year.
Your Levers
1. All customer touchpoints - incl. the platform, the communication channels, customer support.
2. Working with the community team, fashion content.
3. Working with the category teams, selection and pricing.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for key account retention strategy including the allocation and management of customers for retention.
- Drive growth and data-driven improvement across the entire funnel (acquisition, engagement, and retention) to increase revenue (cross-sell / upsell strategies)
- Analyse results, highlight learnings, synthesize recommendations, and drive growth strategy.
- Work with the performance marketing team, media agency and content teams to deliver the recommendations for customer engagement campaigns.
Your background
1. You are highly data-driven
2. You are fanatical about understanding customer behavior using quantitative and qualitative approaches
3. You are ideally either a data scientist, product manager or a highly analytical marketeer who has spent at least 3-5 years obsessing about customers, their behaviors and retention.

2. Engineer, Data scientist and/or MBA from a top-tier university.
