Lilac Insights - Manager - Marketing & Communication (3-7 yrs)
Purpose: We are currently hiring a Manager - Marketing And Communications who will be responsible for managing the timely execution of marketing collaterals (concept, design, implementation, and management) for both online & offline platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing objective and results-driven, multi-platform marketing collaterals - in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting campaign priorities.
- Ensuring timely implementation of online and offline marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, doctor-campaigns, corporate campaigns, etc.
- (Cross-Collaboration and Coordination with the dedicated teams).
- Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course optimizing as required.
- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets. Also, to create a bank of these collaterals.
- Creating an objective-driven bank of ready-to-use templates for various platforms.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of PR strategies and initiatives. Interacting with a PR agency.
- Shortlisting and coordinating with external vendors and agencies for high-impact influencer campaigns.
- Building and Optimising the brand's playbook to reflect the brand as an industry leader (aesthetically & ideology wise). Also, to maintain consistency across all collaterals on all platforms.
- Organizing and promoting coordinating company webinars, conferences, trade shows, and events. Researching demand for the organization's products and services. Also, evaluating competitors from time to time.
- Prepare a budget to support the marketing and communications plan
