Roles and Responsibilities :

- Scheduling client appointments at the experience centre.

- Pre-qualifying inquiries.

- Following up with qualified customers to close orders.

- Processing order closure documents and coordinating.

- Assist the reporting manager in closing sales orders.

Qualifications :

- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required for this position.

- The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales operations and generating business leads.

- Highly detail-oriented skills with excellent organizational capabilities are essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is a must.

- Familiarity with CRM software is also expected.

- The candidate should have prior experience in coordinating with high-ticket and luxury clients.

- Proven experience in design/interior firm is an added advantage.

- The individual must graduate from a tier-1 college.

- Must have less than 3 years of experience.
