Lifestyle Relationship Manager - Consumer Durable (3-5 yrs)
- Responsible for Sourcing of Consumer Durable & Life style products in assigned locations.
- Accountable for Sales Targets, Lead Management & BDR's productivity.
- Responsible for Branch Displays and Lead Generation Activities.
- Responsible for Branch Targets and various Cross sells.
- Responsible for Channel Management and generating biz from approved Channel partners.
- Building Proper Distribution in his locations for BDR- s, Channels.
- Responsible for sourcing Business from Branches (Internal Customers, RM Channel, ABM Channel etc), Phone Banking Channel, Open Market (Catchment area's Near Branches)
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Interaction with HBL Team on daily basis
- Interact with Branch Managers to identify branch potential to generate leads
- Interaction with Product team to provide feedback on product offered to customer.
