Lifesight - Associate - Marketing Operations (0-1 yrs)
What you'll do:
Brand & Marketing Strategy:
- Support brand reinvestment initiatives and positioning strategies
- Assist in developing and tracking Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Help implement customer segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Contribute to content operations and distribution strategies
- Support event planning and execution
- Assist with AI-driven marketing initiatives and automation projects
Operations & Analytics:
- Help develop and maintain marketing operations dashboards
- Assist in marketing tool evaluation and spending reconciliation
- Support buyer intent data analysis and reporting
- Contribute to CSAT/NPS tracking and customer feedback collection
- Aid in competitive analysis and win/loss tracking
- Support pricing and packaging benchmark studies
Project Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional projects including product assessments and dog-fooding initiatives
- Support sales and partner enablement programs
- Assist in managing industry research and whitepaper development
- Help coordinate executive speaking engagements
- Track project timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives
You are perfect for the role if you have:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, business operations, or related field
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles and ABM strategies
- Experience with marketing analytics and data visualisation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Desired Skills:
- Experience with marketing operations tools and dashboards
- Knowledge of customer experience metrics (CSAT, NPS)
- Understanding of content marketing and distribution strategies
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing
- Basic understanding of competitive analysis frameworks
