Position : Customer Experience Executive
Experience: 0-1 year
Education: Any Graduate
Salary: 1.2 LPA
Job Location: Karve Road, Kothrud, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities :
Extensive interaction with Clients to help them with MyAssets services and technology
Customer Experience Executive will be the first point of contact with the existing and prospective clients of the company.
Establishing and maintaining correspondence and communication with the potential customers and existing clients to address and solve their problems
Coordinating with partners and vendors
Responding to online and offline queries in co-ordination with Marketing Teams
Soft skill: Good Communication Skill, Good Attitude and Supportive nature
Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi-
Basic Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries
Refined organizational and time management skills
Good communication listening and written skills will be preferred
Should be basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel
Interview Process :
Two Face to Face rounds of discussion.
We do have service agreement of two years. Terms and conditions apply.
