Life & Start-up Universe - Executive - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in Education/ EdTech/ Marketing Services sectors to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. You will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance online presence, increase traffic, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create, manage, and analyze content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO-friendly.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Track competitor activities and provide competitive analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or an equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management is an advantage.
