Licious - Sales Officer (2-5 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Successfully set up the offline sales and distribution operation for the organization
Drive the distribution expansion of the brand in offline channels (General trade & Modern Trade) across chosen geography
- Drive revenue growth in terms of Net sales Value (NSV) monitor the sales on day to day basis
- Manage inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast & coordination with planning & supply chain team
- Execute visibility programs developed by marketing to generate demand across channels.
- Induct, train, develop & motivate the team of sales executives & salesman to the desired level of consistent performance
- Collate data & prepare reports to track various parameters E.G. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement, Distribution Expansion etc.
- Monitor & evaluate the summary of market returns, market outstanding etc.
- Candidate must have exp in Food processing/ FMCG industry
