We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead the launch and development of our frozen prawns and seafood products in new markets..

Responsibilities:

Market Launch and Expansion:

- Independently identify and assess new market opportunities for frozen prawns and seafood products.

- Develop and execute comprehensive market entry strategies to establish our brand presence.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth..

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Sales Targets:

- Set and achieve sales targets for the region, focusing on revenue and volume goals.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry regulations, and certifications related to Frozen Prawns and Seafood Products.

Negotiation and Contracts:

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favourable and in line with company policies.

Forecasting:

- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to forecast product demand accurately.

Must Have Essential:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the Domestic Frozen Prawns and Seafood Products industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a territory autonomously.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and certifications is a plus.
