Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Caller to join our dynamic team. This role involves reaching out to potential tax clients in the United States, operating within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. The ideal candidate will have a persuasive communication style and a proven track record in sales or client acquisition, with a strong understanding of tax services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our tax services.
- Explain the benefits of our services, answering questions and overcoming objections.
- Schedule appointments for clients with our tax advisors.
- Maintain records of calls and clients' responses in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage client relationships to convert inquiries into sales.
- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Basic knowledge of taxation is a plus but not required.
