Li-Ning Studio - Associate - Performance Marketing (0-2 yrs)
Position Overview :
- The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, primarily focusing on Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with these platforms. Knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart ads will be considered a plus. We welcome fresher applications for this position too.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, sales , and retargeting.
- Manage day-to-day campaign metrics and optimizations across various digital platforms, including but not limited to Meta and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to understand promotional calendars and inventory levels to align digital marketing efforts.
- A/B testing to establish the most effective campaign strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, detailing campaign performance, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications Required :
- While we encourage freshers with high quant abilities (from engineering backgrounds) to apply, we'd also like to state that it'd be a huge plus for the following candidates:
- Those with minimum 9 months of hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage analytics data.
- Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart ads is a plus.
- An interest in badminton is also a plus but not a requirement.
