Li-Ning Studio - Associate - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- As a Customer Support Associate at Li-Ning Studio, the candidate must manage diverse communication platforms (calls, chats, emails, WhatsApp) and possess basic computer skills.
- They will receive training on product knowledge and software utilization (Hubspot, Bigcommerce, Uniware, Clickpost, Exotel, etc). Presently, candidates will oversee India region, with potential expansion. Typical customer inquiries cover product details, status, policies, and related matters.
- Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with prior teamwork experience and familiarity with customer experience metrics like NPS and CSAT scores.
Qualification :
- Any degree
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, with proficiency in a local language considered an advantage.
Shift : 9.30am to 6.30pm
Work days : Rotational Week off
