We have openings for Sr. Manager/Manager - Business Alliances.

Responsibilities : 

- This critical role will be leading the creation of a fast moving and exciting product portfolio.

- This individual will be responsible for definition, guidance, and execution of product-related activities for a particular portfolio through the entirety of product life cycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to development and market readiness.

- This person will understand the needs of the business and customers and set business objectives for the product development process and oversee execution, internal or external, as necessary.

- Works with minimal supervision.

- Leads design, development, and implementation of new product strategy to support domestic partners.

- Grows existing product portfolio through new value-added features and functionality releases and enhanced customer experiences.

- Closely liaises with internal stakeholders to deliver on shared goals and priorities.

- Provides vision and direction to a team of product managers.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- At least 5 years years of Project Management, Computer Science, Payments, Technology Solutions, or related field Including 2+ years of people management, or related field

- Hands-on experience in writing product requirements in Agile methodology and managing changes in scope.

- Ability to create and communicate ideas and POCs to development teams and leadership.

- Hands-on experience in taking a product from concept through to implementation and leading the product lifecycle.

- Ability to communicate technically with cross functional group and leadership across the organization.

- Innovator and up-to-date knowledge of enterprise products.

- Ability to assess market analysis and create effective plans accordingly.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Financial Technology, Finance, Engineering or related.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
