Leverage Edu - Team Lead - Sales (2-5 yrs)
As a Team Lead - Servicing at Fly Homes, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our Fly Homes partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business. You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byjus, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What will you do :
1.Team Management : Lead,mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
2.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B accommodation partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3.Account Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
4.Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, up-sell services, and contribute to revenue growth.
5.Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, Product, and operations to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
6.Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve services and enhance the overall client experience.
7.Reporting : Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making.
What will you need:
1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum two years experience in team handling.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Showcase a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Detail oriented approach of working
8. Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues.
