Leverage Edu - Program Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
What will you do :
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and other relevant organizations to promote our study abroad programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and customize study abroad programs that meet the unique needs and requirements of our B2B partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, addressing their inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor program budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business development and growth within the B2B segment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective partners, demonstrating the value and benefits of our study abroad programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the study abroad sector.
What will you need :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in creating reports and take quality decision takeaways from data.
- Proven experience (X years) in B2B sales, account management, or program management within the study abroad or education sector.
- Strong understanding of international education policies, visa processes, and cultural considerations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
