-To prepare action plans individually for effective sales lead generation, prospects, referrals and fulfillment.
- To visit corporates and generate leads.
- Direct acquisition of key customers.
- Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.
- To maintain accurate DSR.
- To provide timely feedback for improving sales productivity of team.
- To handle customer complaints and to take appropriate action to resolve them.
Skills and Competencies :
- Experience in direct sales (Pref. Credit cards / Unsecured Loans)
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team Unsecured Loans background preferable.
- Card Sales background preferred
- Good communication and 'people skills'
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- IT Savvy, should have a working knowledge of MS office
- Should own a vehicle for travelling and a smart phone
