Job Description for Inside Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation in the digital marketing industry. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively present our digital marketing solutions to meet their business objectives.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Data Sourcing and Management:

Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Lusha, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of marketing, digital marketing, from the CXOs and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Interiors and Architecture, Ecommerce, IT product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Travel & Leisure, Apparel brands,Education Institutions, Sanitaryware, Jewelers and Real Estate and more

Sales Meetings:

- Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client

- Having effective sales meetings in order to:

- Understand the events ecosystem of the client

- Position Let's Build Brands as the best choice for the client

- Generate requirements for events from the client

Sales Proposals:

- Create presentations based on the client requirements

- Co-ordinate with the internal teams to generate proposals

Sales Conversion:

- Negotiate win-win deals

- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

Client Co-ordination:

- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client

- Be the interface between the client and the operations team

- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to deliver customized solutions that align with client goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices to effectively position our services.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics on a regular basis.

- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and provide insights to the management team.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate key features and benefits to clients.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training, workshops, and self-learning.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role in the digital marketing industry for 3 to 4 years.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.

- Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets in a competitive sales environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor sales activities.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a drive for continuous learning and professional growth.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team to achieve shared goals.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
