Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base through proactive sales and strategic business development initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
- Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs to tailor digital marketing solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and project management, to develop customized proposals and presentations for client pitches.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
