Lera Technologies - Manager - Bid Management (7-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Should have strong experience in Bidding Management.
- Should have expertise in Bid Management, Pre Sales, Tender Management
- Should have experience in Proposal writing and Business Analysis and Business Functionality.
- Must have in depth knowledge of Bidding in various sectors of Government
- Should have excellent Written and Oral Communication skills
- Should have excellent presentation skills.
- He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions in a written context.
- Execute the proposal response plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. capture, marketing teams, service teams, legal, support, compliance, finance, etc.).
- Develop win themes, technical discriminators, and innovative pricing strategies
- Provide input to a library of approved proposal content for quick turnaround opportunities.
- Understand and navigate Indian public sector contracting and tender procedures.
- Be a thought leader with preparing/developing proposal responses, win themes, technical discriminators, pricing, etc.
