Lera Technologies - Inside Sales Role (0-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Communicating with prospects, making outbound calls to potential prospects or customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding prospect needs and identifying opportunities.
- Answering potential questions and sending additional information per email.
- Need to keep up to date with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential prospects or customers.
- Ability to explain and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with product sales background is desirable
- Flexible to work in Shifts.
Requirements :
- Minimum graduation required (BSC, BCom and Engineering from - Computer Science or IT- background).
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software such as Salesforce, Sugar, HubSpot etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills / Ability to meet targets.
