Lepton Software - Head - Business Development (8-15 yrs)
Lepton Software is GIS/Location Analytics Company with specialisation into telecom sector with more than 20 years of experience. We are also a Premier Google Maps & Cloud Platform partner. Lepton's flagship product, NetworkAccess is a cloud/Web based network management solution that helps Communication Service Providers efficiently plan, design, document and maintain their network. NetworkAccess provides an open, configurable and scalable geospatial environment supporting fibre& other network equipment used by both fixed and mobile operators.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Developing and executing business development strategy and plan across multiple verticals.
- Lead national expansion for existing and new territories and act as a true hunter in defined verticals.
- Solution and concept selling with an understanding of the vision of organization to sync with the offerings.
- A proactive leader and planner with cross-functional expertise in handling corporate clients, selling Enterprise solutions (preferably BI/CRM products) & key account management.
- Create and maintain CXO level relationship and analyse business opportunities.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET:
- 10-15 years of experience in Hunting role and Sales Management.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
