Job Description:
- Write quality-oriented content for user manuals, CHM (Context Help Manual, Release History, Data Sheets, White Papers, Case Study, Product Web Pages, Technical Blog Posts, How to Guides, and Technical Articles for a wide-Range of audience groups (end-users both technical and non-technical).
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy and compliance to organizational standards in documentation
- Keep multiple projects on track at the same time by writing and editing online and printed documentation or content for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to gather complete information about the product with an eye for detail and present it in clear and concise manner to the customer.
Skills:
- Excellent writing skills in English language with good grasp on grammar.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Genuine interest in technology
- Beginners or intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS will be counted as a plus Point.
- Strong interpersonal skills, Good team player, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Proactive, decisive, independent thinker.
