Responsibilities :

1. Customer Engagement and Consultation :

- Interact with customers via telephone and chat, building genuine rapport and understanding their eyewear preferences, fashion needs, and vision requirements.

- Conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable eyewear frames, lenses, and other Lenskart products that align with the customer's style and vision.

2. Product Knowledge and Styling:-

- Develop an in-depth understanding of Lenskart's eyewear offerings, including frame designs, lens options, and fashion trends.

- Provide expert fashion advice to customers, helping them select eyewear that complements their face shape, skin tone, and personal style.

3. Virtual Try-On Assistance:-

- Assist customers in utilising Lenskart's virtual try-on tools, enabling them to visualize how different eyewear styles will look on their face.

4. Sales Pitch and Upselling :

- Craft compelling sales pitches that showcase the benefits and features of Lenskart products, emphasising quality, design, and value.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional eyewear accessories or products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

5. Order Processing and Follow-Up:-

- Guide customers through the ordering process, ensuring accurate selection of frames, lenses, and prescription details.

- Collaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

6. Relationship Building:-

- Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering post-purchase support.

7. Sales Performance :

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and conversion rates, contributing to the overall success of the Assisted Business team.

8. Product Feedback and Improvement :

- Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products and services, sharing valuable input with the product development and marketing teams.

9. Continuous Learning :

- Stay up-to-date with eyewear industry trends, fashion influences, and Lenskart's product offerings.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Retail, or a related field is a plus.

- Previous experience in retail sales, or customer service, with a strong passion for eyewear and fashion.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Fashion-forward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.

- Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.

- Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
