LenDenClub - Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Who you will be:
As a Business Development Executive- Personal Loan, you will focus on sourcing borrowers, developing & maintaining the relationship with existing and new channel partners and bringing borrower to the company. You will be a single point of contact for existing channel partners. One important aspect of the profile is to build new channel partners to increase avenues of borrowers. You will also be responsible to handle the entire process from the borrower application process to disbursement.
What you- ll do in daily activity:
- Build new channel partners/ Freelancers to increase the avenues of prospective borrowers.
- Maintain a relationship with new and existing channel partners on a daily basis.
- Sourcing borrowers from each channel partners.
- Manage application, approval & disbursement process of the borrower.
- Maintain required MIS.

Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 1 years- experience preferably in personal loan sales (Preferably Unsecured). Basically a hardcore sales guy with a great attitude for sales.
- A self-motivated go-getter who knows the importance of meeting targets and does whatever is required to bring in the results.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi will be highly desired.
- Familiarity with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Visualization and storytelling skills and Ability to collaborate with a team
Education Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree
