Job Title : Digital Marketing Lead
Location : Mumbai
Brief About The Role :
This role involves leading the digital marketing function. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing plans through performance marketing, paid media, email, organic and other channels. The role requires taking complete ownership of the function which includes customer acquisition, tracking the customer funnel, ensuring engagement with emphasis on ROI to identify optimisation opportunities and achieve performance goals. This position will work in close alignment with sales, product and 3rd party agencies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and analyse the demand generation strategy to meet acquisition and revenue goals including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (Paid, retargeting, affiliate marketing, SEO, engagement etc)
- Define, launch, and measure growth experiments to learn what channels, campaigns, and offers that work best
- Analyse all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify optimisations to maximise conversion and marketing ROI
- Create key performance metrics and tracking them
- Leverage data for insights on buying behaviours
- Define customised landing pages
- Keep sharp eye on customer experience and customer journey
- Develop and execute testing and optimisation efforts spanning messaging, positioning, pricing and promotions
- Collaborate with Sales to understand sales process and sales cycles to develop quantitative measures to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded
- Work with technology team to define deliverables/reports
- The role holder will manage a team and various external agencies
