LenDenClub - Key Account Manager (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities & Duties Instructions
- Develop trust relationships with existing clients
- Understand the latest developments in our products end-to-end (both borrowers and investor -sides)
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with issues to maintain trust (Should understand how Ops/Product/Tech works)
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of numbers and forecasts to internal teams
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as strategic/key account manager (1-3 years)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to keep up with the latest products in the market
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal to build relationships with professionals of top-bottom levels
- Good analytical skills
- Ability in problem-solving
- Quick decision making
