Responsibilities :
- Own the execution of product marketing campaigns in partnership with the content/brand/design team to maintain a communication calendar for products. Work closely with the growth and product managers for optimizing the throughput of the marketing funnel.
- Execute multi-variate experiments to shape up real-time insights on the consumer behavior, create reporting dashboards to keep the leadership updated with key metrics.
- Providing actionable customer insights to address key strategic questions. Building user cohorts, engagement plans using different communication channels Analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, communicating results and providing recommendations.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments.
- Interact with the product / tech team to implement the growth charter of the Growth Team.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 1-3 years relevant experience as a Marketing Operations Executive, or a similar role in a consumer facing digital company.
- A customer-first approach with an innate curiosity to understand customers and customer behavior.
- Drive initiatives aimed at increasing repeat usage, retention, and re-engagement.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and the ability to move customers from one stage in the funnel to another and finally to convert them to active users .
- Knowledge and previous working experience of marketing automation and attribution tools such as Clever Tap, MoEngage / WebEngage or similar tools.
- Someone who's great at executing things, demonstrates curiosity and strives for constant improvement.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective written & verbal communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
