About the Role :
The AM has to expand IFA/MFD/Advisors network of LDC ( LenDenClub) in the assigned area by exploring self meetings, arranging events, meeting associations and influencers, Initially AM may be alone or may need to build team by adding one by one RM but have to self drive the numbers too. once initial RM is profitable then more RMs team by adding one by one RM but have to self drive the numbers too. once initial RM is profitable then more RMs can be added one by one.
Job Responsibilities :
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following -
- Recruitment of channel partners
- Providing training for Business Development
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner
- Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity
- Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meeting.
- Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
- Solving distributor's queries.
- To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time.
- Following internal sales process
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
Key Skills required :
- Business Development and Channel management skills
- People oriented, outgoing individual that earns a high degree of loyalty with staff and channel partners
- Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and how the industry works
- Eagerness to work with start-up and problem solving skills
