Scope of the Role:
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies to attract new homeowners, and building partnerships and collaborations with other businesses.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To research & analyze existing and new markets in terms of pricing, footfall, quality of supply, competition, and other significant factors.
- To develop and manage relationships with Home Owners & local brokers for a continuous pipeline of relevant villas.
- To visit the villa & carry out the home acquisition process so as to onboard the home successfully.
- Conduct & review commercial models & negotiate contracts for deal closures.
- To work cohesively as a team member & contribute to the target for Homes Acquired per month.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in being Target oriented.
- Willingness and capability to be on the field to scout and generate leads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to hustle is a must as well.
