Creator Acquisitions Associate :
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- To be a part of the team that looks at the development and management of strategic partnerships with Creators, retailers, influencers, and related stakeholders.
- You will work to enhance our app's Creator presence, user engagement, and revenue growth by creating and nurturing partnerships that align with our fashion-focused mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and Cultivate Partnerships :
- Research, identify, and approach influencers in the fashion industry.
- Develop creative partnership proposals tailored to the needs and goals of potential partners.
- Negotiate the best deals for LehLah with Creators.
Partnership Development :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion Creators, retailers, and influencers.
- Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
- Managing end to end Creator on-boarding and Management. Nurture the partnership.
Strategic Planning :
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with the overall influencer and app objectives.
- Develop comprehensive short-term and long-term partnership plans and initiatives.
Performance Tracking :
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of partnerships by tracking KPIs and relevant metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights on partnership performance to guide decision making.
- Providing Data insights
Operations :
- Keeping a regular check on all operational requirements from the Creators like agreements, revenue and making sure everything is organised.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field (Master's referred).
- Experience in E-Commerce based brand/start up. Influencer Marketing background.
- Proven experience in Creator partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies tailored to the fashion sector.
- Proficiency in project management, budget control, and partnership analytics.
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique fashion partnership opportunities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments and with external partners.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint
