Legistify Services - Corporate Alliance Manager (2-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Gaining insights into Legistify services and learn intricacies of legal services facilitated by Legistify
- Generating leads.
- Develop the business towards the projected growth ethically, timely, and economically
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Inter-department relationships to improve the service to the customer and better coordination to ensure better end results for customers.
- Should be able to handle Client's queries and service issues
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 2 - 5 Years of Experience ( Preferably from Legal Tech, Law Firm)
- Collaborative leader with high-integrity and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation, Time Management, Planning, and Team Management Skills.
- Analytical Decision Making
- Proven record of achieving sales quota throughout
