Responsibilities
Responsible for self and Team's target for revenue
- Train, guide, motivate, manage and supervise all Business Development Executives for taking out best performance from them. Have a weekly in person meeting with your each team member.
- Ensure that the team members are following the processes and defined rules
- Must update and update judiciously follow and update Lead, Client Management System.
- Daily Sales report generation and updation
- Up sell and Cross sell our services to existing clients.
- Ensure that his/her team members send Emails/ SMS etc to prospects on regular interval
- Maintain Good relations with clients and call them regularly
