- Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.
- Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
- New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.
- Completing sales targets time to time - Real-Estate Sales.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with client.
- Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
- Make a demonstrable contribution towards the company's program of continuous improvement.
- Self-confident, decisive, resilient and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills.
- Property solutions to Prospects.
- Effective Client co-ordination
- Conveyance is compulsory.
- Attending the clients & convincing the walking customers for booking.
- Knowledge of sales/marketing techniques, research and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business studies, marketing or relevant field an MBA will be preferred.
