Roles and Responsibility :
- Handling the team of 3 to 4 associates
- The setting of Demos to BDE (Business Development Executive).
- Follow up of Leads.
- Nurturing of the leads
- Training for BDEs based on the feedback of the customers.
- Verification of work done by the BDEs.
- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Setting up appointments with coaching institutes and schools
Right candidate should process the following Skill Set :
- Good Communication and Convincing Skills
- Dynamic and Proactive and Self Motivated
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Salary :
Fresher may expect to earn upto 20,000 P/M within an year depending on performance
Deserving Exp ( 1 to 2 yrs ) candidates may expect upto 10% hike on previous pay
