Key Jobs to lead at Learnmall.in :
- Driver user acquisition and engagement for building Learnmall Community
- Conduct activities and programs to drive acquisition and retention of learners leveraging organic channels, competitions, and partnerships
- Identify, Collaborate with new partners, influencers, and affiliates
- Define Go to Market Strategy and drive it till the execution with appropriate budgeting & resources.
- Manage Referral Programs to drive acquisition and engagement
- Responsible for content distribution via email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, and other non-paid channels
To be successful in this role, you will have to be :
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual who can understand the start-up hustle and growth pedagogy
- Excellent in communication & strategic skills
- Ability to drive "Planning to Execution" initiatives
- Flexible and independent with the ability to work with details in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a keen interest in the education industry and a strong purpose to do impactful in the education industry.
