- Business Development Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- We Would love to meet you if you are not shy but shameless and present to the world what you are going to build with us & most importantly, you have a passion for democratizing the educational ecosystem.

- Ultimately, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth ( Formally, I had to put this down )

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : 3,60,000 fixed + 2,00,000 variable ( 5,60,000 LPA )

What will you get to do here?

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

5. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data and present them to your managers

6. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

What are the qualities we are looking for ?

1. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or freshers is also welcomed.

2. Proficiency in English

3. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

5. Fast learner and passion for sales

6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Schedule : Morning shift

Supplemental pay types :

- Commission pay

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations :

- A double dose of vaccination has to be done.

- Regular sanitization shall be done on the office premises.

Ability to commute/relocate :

JP Nagar, 2nd phase, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
