Key Responsibilities :

High-Quality Backlink Strategy & Acquisition :

- Develop and execute comprehensive backlink acquisition strategies to enhance domain authority and organic search rankings.

- Identify and secure high-authority, relevant backlinks through outreach, relationship building, and content collaboration.

- Perform competitive backlink analysis and implement techniques to close link gaps.

Content Strategy & Optimization :

- Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals.

- Create a monthly content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals for website and guest posts.

- Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content creation, ensuring content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.

- Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices, including the use of appropriate meta tags, headers, internal linking, and multimedia optimization.

Technical SEO :

- Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and indexation.

- Implement technical SEO improvements, including structured data, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps.

SEO Performance Tracking & Reporting :

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.

- Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversions.

- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and continuously improve SEO results.

Competitor Analysis & Market Research :

- Perform detailed competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in search rankings.

- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO innovations to keep strategies current and effective.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on backlink strategy, content optimization, and technical SEO.

- Demonstrated success in acquiring high-quality backlinks and improving domain authority.

- Expertise in developing and executing SEO content strategies that drive organic growth.

- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

- Proficient in technical SEO aspects, including site audits, page speed optimization, and mobile-first SEO practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content creators, developers, and marketing teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve SEO performance.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with advanced SEO tactics, including schema markup, E-A-T optimization, and Core Web Vitals.

- Proficiency in project management and overseeing large-scale SEO projects.

- Knowledge of international SEO and multilingual SEO strategies.
