Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products/services, and converting inquiries into sales through telecommunication channels. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Sales Calls : Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introducing the company's products/services.
Sales Conversion : Persuasively communicate product/service benefits and features to close sales or schedule follow-up meetings.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with timely information, product updates, and support.
Lead Generation : Proactively generate new sales opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting cold calls.
Data Entry & CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on product offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to effectively respond to customer queries.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Reporting : Provide regular feedback to management on sales trends, challenges, and market conditions.
Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback and share insights for potential improvements in product offerings and sales tactics.
Compliance: Follow the company's policies, procedures, and compliance regulations during all tele-sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in tele-sales, telesales, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., technology, insurance, telecom].
- Multilingual abilities (if required by the company or region).
- Previous experience with cold calling or outbound sales campaigns.

Salary: 15-18k+ 3000
