Compensation - Rs. 25,000/ Month - Rs. 35,000/Month (Salary can vary on the basis of experience, interview, and last in hand withdrawn.)

Job Description :

As an Education Sales Associate at Learning Routes, you will play a crucial role in guiding professionals towards suitable management programs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting working professionals in selecting management programs that align with their career objectives.

- Conducting outbound calls to prospects and persuasively presenting our program offerings.

- Providing comprehensive information about our management courses and their benefits.

- Maintaining regular contact with candidates through follow-up calls and emails.

- Managing a database of potential leads and tracking their progress.

- Achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to organizational growth.

- Adhering to established sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.

Skills Required :

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.

- Enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement.
