Learning & Development/Marketing Role - wellness & healthcare (2-5 yrs)
Position: Learning & Development & Marketing Professional
Location : Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new franchise partners on company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop training materials and manuals to support franchisee education.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful operation of Therapeutic Wellness Centres.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Introduce the Olivelife Ventures business model to potential new prospects.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new franchise partners.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners to explain the benefits and operations of the Wellness Centres.
Travel:
- Travel to various cities to provide on-site training and support for new franchise partners.
- Assist in setting up new Wellness Centres in different locations.
- Ensure all franchise partners are well-equipped and confident to manage their centres independently.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for franchisee inquiries and issues.
- Ensure consistent communication and support for all franchisees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in marketing and business development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different city environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passionate about learning and personal growth.
- Professional demeanor and presentable appearance.
Skills & Competencies :
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of wellness and therapeutic practices is a plus.
