Learning Consultant - Sales - Education (2-4 yrs)
Position Summary: As a Learning Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers, demonstrating product value, and closing deals. You'll focus on education in the automotive and/or energy sector. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, strong communication skills, and a commitment to crushing sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective customers over call/ email/ chat, delivering effective product demonstrations that communicate the product value to the customer.
- Identify, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound channels.
- Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Participate in sales meetings to discuss targets, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Update and report daily sales activities using designated tools.
Role Specifications & Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree required.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a customer facing sales role; previous experience in inside sales within the Ed-tech/ Education industry would be preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred language proficiency: English, Hindi. Additional proficiency in Kannada,Telugu and/or Tamil is a plus.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Quick in problem-solving, decision-making, and creative thinking.
