Learning Consultant - Inside Sales - Education (0-1 yrs)
This job role requires cold-calling on the assigned leads & counseling the candidates, who are looking for a job or job change, to enroll for our IT/Non-IT certification courses that will help them to excel in their career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects.
- Following up on regular intervals with prospective candidates and on sales inquiries, made by a potential candidate through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Achieving sales targets monthly.
- Maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Develop and maintain relationships with the prospects/client with a go-getter attitude
- Undertake any Sales/BD related activities as specified by the seniors.
Job Requirements:
