- A Dynamic personality with having existing relationships with Bengali/English Medium Schools.
- Must be self motivated and having excellent communication skills
- Ready to Travel Extensively
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and present them the benefits of merger/acquisition.
- Identifying and sourcing potential School owners and close the deal.
- Working with marketing team to create plans for increasing the number of prospects and then negotiating contracts.
- Meeting and Presentation : Meeting Various school head and Present the model and assist them to onboard successfully
- Create road map to reach desired result and achieve within optimum time frame.
- Keeping eyes with industry trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Representing the brand : Representing the brand and training prospects ethically
- Planning promotions : Planning promotional activities to enhance sales
