Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and address clients' needs and requirements.
- Provide comprehensive product/service consultations to guide their decision-making process.
- Identify potential clients and create strategies to engage them.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.

Relationship Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
