Job Description:
As a Member Onboarding Manager, you will own the entire member onboarding process.
The process starts from :
- Building a solid sales pipeline
- Reaching out to potential members
- Explaining them the membership model and benefits so that they understand how leap.club can add value to their professional lives
- Handling any queries that potential members may have
- Following up with them to have a successful conversion
You would be interacting with Founders, Directors and CXOs of the top global companies so you have to confidently engage with them
Ideal Candidate :
- 2-4 years of sales experience preferably in a startup environment to understand the hustle and chaos
- Comfortable working with targets
- Innovative and smart worker who knows how to prioritize ruthlessly
- Has a founder mindset since we are building a company from ground up
- Understands that implementation>planning
- Has exceptional people skills and a strong sense of judgment
