The charter for this role will include:

- Underwriting and recommending loan proposals for non-collateral education loans

- Help in setting up policies and systems to ensure all loan parameters are met within the policy framework

- Monitor the loan portfolio performance and suggest changes if any to maintain the portfolio quality

- Working on areas of improvement in existing processes and suggesting process changes resulting in improvement in efficiency

- Monitoring and Driving Metrics on TAT, Vendor TAT and loan portfolio metrics

- Working on areas of process improvement/efficiency, automation

- Managing timely reverts for Audits and sharing the learnings with the team

Ideal Persona :

- 3 - 4 yrs of experience in unsecured lending products.

- Working in credit/ credit modeling with a Bank/ NBFC in the Education Loan space will be added advantage.

- Should be a graduate or postgraduate.

- Excellent analytical skills, Credit Management, Credit Underwriting, Strategic initiatives

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

- Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong working knowledge of credit underwriting and Risk management practices.

- Strong in process development and policy development
