Leap Beyond - Marketing Lead (4-8 yrs)
Leap Beyond Academy is building the world's first learning platform to drive employability for international students. We are looking to make our first marketing hire with this role, so we're looking for someone kickass! The role guarantees autonomy, creative space, and a team passionate about innovation.
Prior experience in the e-learning industry will be desirable!
Responsibilities:
- Create the digital and content strategy for the company and make the initial few hires to set up the marketing team
- Manage all content marketing initiatives of the company
- Lead performance marketing, branded integrations, content strategy, social media, BTL marketing initiatives for Leap Beyond
- Facilitate the creation of marketing content for all stages of the customer journey, across all courses. This content ranges from videos, images, blogs, website copy, etc
- Develop organic social media content and engagement on multiple online platforms.
- Improving visitor to lead leads to application and application to course purchase conversion rates through marketing automation
- Promote and build Leap Beyond's Mentor & Student Community.
- Running paid promotions for high performing content in International Markets.
