Customer Relationship Manager


Our customers are primarily international students looking to secure a job in the UK. Hence, we are looking for an enthusiastic & proactive individual who can assist us with end to end customer management. We also encourage people with experience of handling the CRM software to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1) Manage the end to end sales funnel to increase conversion rates

2) Manage leads, classify leads and oversee the lead management system and the CRM software (training will be provided)

3) Single point of contact for all potential international students based in the UK

4) Formation of ongoing CRM strategies as well as the weekly/monthly/annual departmental calendars that enable continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers- lifetime value

5) Collaborate and communicate with other departments to relay the relevant information to leads

6) Strong follow-up and relationship building skills
