Job Title Associate - Inside Sales Solutions Specialist
The role of the Inside Sales Solutions Specialist is to do Tele-prospecting to generate sales ready leads and opportunities. He/She will also be responsible to nurture the leads to make them sales ready.
Job Responsibilities:
Tele-prospecting :
- Tele-prospecting prospects in the assigned territory and focus area
- Keeping good activity history and to-do task list in LeadSquared
- Nurturing good relationship with prospects
Productivity improvement :
- Tracking actual work done vs targets
- Document issues hampering productivity
- Follow the specified process defined by LeadSquared
Continual learning and improvement :
- Make effort and improve customer knowledge, LeadSquared- s business knowledge by self- learning, by participating in KYC sessions
- Seek regular feedback from immediate Supervisor
Collaboration and communication :
- Maintain a healthy and co-operative environment in the team
- Disseminate learning across the team
- Provide correct and update status information.
Skills, Knowledge and Personal Capabilities :
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good Phone Etiquette
- Flexibility, Teamwork, Target oriented
- Comfortable with various search engines and IT directories
- Experience in selling a software product
- Tele-prospecting experience
