We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and drive brand awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and utilize this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
3. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
6. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, including content creation, graphic design, and event management.
7. Maintain and update company website, ensuring the content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
8. Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and engage with followers to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.
9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the market.
10. Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing tools and techniques, and propose their implementation to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Candidates with MBA (Marketing) will be given preference.
2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
4. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
7. Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
8. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
